Terms & Conditions

• Full payment required in advance to secure the aircraft.
• Minimum 2 Hrs of flying time will be charged on everyday basis. The flying/block time quoted in the quotation is approximate and may vary. The final settlement of bills shall be done on actual hours flown, over and above the estimated flying time.
• Crew Layover in case of prolonged halts during the course of single day at a particular station, the “Charterer” will make suitable arrangements for lodging (at a 5 star hotel), boarding, & local transport or BGSCTPL will make the necessary arrangements at an additional cost.
• Above flight timings are indicated in NIL wind conditions and billing would be on actual time taken for the flight “chokes off to chokes on”, depending upon weather / wind, fog / visibility conditions and flight schedules are subject to change / divert due to weather conditions, flight safety and operational restrictions.
• The quotation given will be valid subject to availability of aircraft/crew
• In case of foreign passengers, we require Names, Nationality, Passport No., Date of issue and Date of expiry of passport of passengers traveling, well in advance to obtain prior permissions.
• All flights are subject to ATC clearance.
• No dangerous goods will be allowed to be carried inside the aircraft.
• Helipad is client’s responsibility. However, Halo Airways will guide with Helipad setup and necessary permissions required.
• All payment in favour of Halo Airways Pvt Ltd.
• Company has the right to cancel the flight at any situation occurring due to bad weather or any technical issue.
