Full payment required in advance to secure the aircraft.
Minimum 2 Hrs of flying time will be charged on everyday basis. The flying/block time quoted in the quotation is approximate and may vary. The final settlement of bills shall be done on actual hours flown, over and above the estimated flying time.
Crew Layover in case of prolonged halts during the course of single day at a particular station, the “Charterer” will make suitable arrangements for lodging (at a 5 star hotel), boarding, & local transport or BGSCTPL will make the necessary arrangements at an additional cost.
Above flight timings are indicated in NIL wind conditions and billing would be on actual time taken for the flight “chokes off to chokes on”, depending upon weather / wind, fog / visibility conditions and flight schedules are subject to change / divert due to weather conditions, flight safety and operational restrictions.
The quotation given will be valid subject to availability of aircraft/crew
In case of foreign passengers, we require Names, Nationality, Passport No., Date of issue and Date of expiry of passport of passengers traveling, well in advance to obtain prior permissions.
All flights are subject to ATC clearance.
No dangerous goods will be allowed to be carried inside the aircraft.
Helipad is client’s responsibility. However, Halo Airways will guide with Helipad setup and necessary permissions required.
All payment in favour of Halo Airways Pvt Ltd.
Company has the right to cancel the flight at any situation occurring due to bad weather or any technical issue.
